United Statesi recently received my order and it goes to say the color was very nice and vibrant (purple) all though the fur tends to fall off easily. But all and all the handcuffs were sturdy and are a good restraint ( if you know what i mean )

Also I was missing two products for my order that isn't worth reporting because I don't want to give my new card info out.
