Due to the nature of our product, party supplies, we do not accept returns.
Most merchandise may be returned if it is defective or broken (See separate policy below regarding Custom Items) . If you receive a defective or broken item, simply e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) at CustomerCare@TheHouseofBachelorette.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Customers will either be issued a replacement, a Return Authorization Number or will be reimbursed for defective or broken items, as well as the expense for their return shipping costs (if applicable).
Custom Items Policy
: Because custom items are made especially for you, refunds are not possible. Custom items include: personalized names, dates and icons. Because we make and ship custom orders in just 1 business day, orders must be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Damages or defects, which are reported within 3 days of receiving your order, will be repaired at no cost.Exchanges on non-custom apparel: Due to apparel sizing, we do allow exchanges on apparel items (excluding intimate apparel) within 3 days of receipt. Q & A
Who pays for return shipping costs? We do, if you receive defective or broken merchandise. We will reimburse you for return shipping (not to exceed the value of the cost to ship the item to you).
What if the package arrives too late for my party? If the package arrives late due to the shippers error or our error, we will issue you a refund for returned unopened packages. Simply refuse the package, write 'Return To Sender' on the shipping label and give the package to the original shipper for the return. Once we receive the package we will contact you via e-mail and issue you a refund within 5 business days. Return shipping will not be refunded as it is not required by the shipper to return an unopened package. Note: Custom Items returned cannot be refunded (see policy above) and will be discarded.
How much time does a customer have to make a return? Customers have 3 business days from the date of receipt, on defective or broken merchandise only.
How long does it take to process a refund? Approximately 5 business days from the day we receive the return package. We will always strive to give customers a speedy refund.
What do I do if there are items missing from my package? We pack every order with the utmost care, with no less than two shipping associates checking the contents of each order, but should this happen; you should contact us immediately upon receipt of the package at CustomerCare@TheHouseofBachelorette.com with your order number, a description of the items missing, and your party date. We will ship out the missing items, at our expense (not to exceed the value of the cost of the merchandise), or issue you a refund for the missing items. Customers have 5 days from the receipt of the package to notify us of any missing items.
