Has my order shipped?
  Every item you can add to your shopping cart on our site is in-stock and most orders (including custom orders) ship within 1 business day.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Once your order is placed, it is immediately release for processing and shipment.  Although we will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations, we cannot guarantee they can be made once the order is placed.  Please contact us via email or phone us at 1-(877) 496-9299 M-F 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (CST) with any inquiries regarding order changes or order cancellations as soon as possible. Calcelation fees may apply.
How do I track my order?
  An email with the tracking information for your package will be sent to the email address you provided, when your order ships from our warehouse.  Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for the shipper to scan the package and show shipping information.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  We ship every order with the utmost care, with no less than two shipping associates checking the contents of each order, but should this happen; you should contact us immediately upon receipt of the package.  Be sure to include your order number, a description of the missing item(s) and your party date.  Contact us via email at or via phone at 1-(877) 496-9299 [M-F 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (CST)]
